Audio Factory Media GmbH is looking for you to join our sales and customer service team within our "sonicsense" department, as well as our other divisions, at the earliest possible date.
sonicsense is a B2B audio system that was developed in 2007 as a background sound reinforcement solution and video service specifically for stores/branch stores, shopping centres, fitness studios, restaurants, hotels, etc. pp. Since entering the market, we have been able to develop a stable and growing customer base throughout Germany and internationally. We are currently expanding our range of services to include an innovative fitness app for gyms, schools and instructors.
Your core area of activity would include the following points, which you will learn and carry out together with your colleagues in the departments:
- Advising new customers and supporting existing customers by phone and e-mail
- Recording and controlling of customer and order data
- Determination of customer requirements and preparation of a suitable offer
- Calculation, offer preparation
- Basics of invoicing and accounting preparation
- and everything that makes a good office organisation
Ideally, you should bring the following with you:
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and commitment
- Good communication skills and friendly demeanour
- Willingness to work in a customer- and solution-orientated manner
- Very good written and spoken German
- Ability to work in a team
- No obstacles to punctuality and reliability
- Openness towards standard office PC skills (Apple / WIN; Word, Exel, Outlook, Teams)
Desirable, but not absolutely necessary:
- Good knowledge of English, or other languages
- Sports/fitness and music affinity
